Today at a press conference at the Makati Shangri-la, imaging company, Fuji Xerox announced its exclusive partnership with local IT distributor, MSI-ECS. Among the attendees of the event are Fuji Xerox Printer Channel President, James Henderson, Fuji Xerox General Manager for Philippines and Hong Kong, Lee Cheung, and Fuji Xerox Country Sales Manager, Candice Gino-Gino. Also in attendance are Jimmy Go, MSI-ECS President and CEO and Princess Chua, MSI-ECS General Manager.
With Fuji Xerox’s partnership with MSI-ECS, the imaging company is targeting to capture 12-15% of the local imaging market from its current 8% in the coming years.
Along with the partnership announcement, Fuji Xerox also launched a slew of Multifunction S-LED and Multifunction Laser Printers.
Among the announced products is the DPC5005d color LED printer which is an A3 color, self-scanning light-emitting device (S-LED) printer that delivers cost-effective, high-volume printing without compromising on quality. By utilizing image enhancement processing, Micro Accurate Control Screen (MACS) digital screening and Image Registration Control Technology (IReCT) technology, the C5005d is capable of high quality performance.
The DocuPrint CM205 series of multifunction LED printers offers speed and multifunctionality by giving users the ability to choose between color and monochrome options as well as wired network and wireless network capabilities. The CM205 series offers up to 24ppm for monochrome prints and up to 12ppm for color prints.
For laser printers, Fuji Xerox announced the Phaser 4600N, which is engineered to meet the demands of busy workgroups producing high volume documents. The network-ready Phaser 4600N is also designed to protect valuable information against security risks better than ever by implementing industry-leading security features.
The WorkCentre 3550 and WorkCentre 4250 multifunction, monochrome printers offer speed, reliability, and security in a professional environment. Both printer models offer USB ports that enable document printing function without the need of a desktop or laptop. The WorkCentre 4250 also includes an intuitive, icon-based, full-color touchscreen display for easy use.
