Asus has finally shipped the its Nvidia 660 Ti offering to the market. The GTX660TI cards from Asus gives you amazing gaming performance without breaking the bank.
All Asus 660 Ti graphics cards come with 1344 CUDA cores, 192-bit memory interface, and 2GB GDDR5. Depending on the model you can get a 660 Ti card that is already factory overclocked to 1137MHz. All models also use PCI Express 3.0 which not only gives a speed advantage over PCI Express 2.0 but also future-proofs the cards as well.
Asus’ DirectCU II cooling system which combines a custom cooler and a series of heatpipes that offers their graphics cards the ability to run with 20% lower temperatures. This system allows the 660 Ti cards to be factory overclocked while still providing cool and quiet operations. The Asus 660 Ti cards also benefit from Asus DIGI+ VRM for smoother power delivery and six-phase Super Alloy Power components that gives the cards stability and longevity even when overclocked.
Speaking of overclocking, all Asus 660 Ti models will come with Asus’ monitoring and overclocking GPU Tweak utility with its simple UI to push the 660 Ti cards to their limits.
Asus will be offering all three models of their GTX660TI starting with the GTX660TI-DC2-2GD5 which runs at stock 980MHz speed. The GTX660TI-DC2O-2GD5 uses Asus’ DirectCU II cooling system and thus comes slightly overclocked at 1058MHz while the GTX660TI-DC2T-2GD5 has been overclocked to reach 1137MHz, a 157MHz increase already out of the box.
While the pricing and availability of the GTX660TI-DC2T-2GD5 hasn’t been announced, the GTX660TI-DC2-2GD5 and the GTX660TI-DC2O-2GD5 is already available in retail stores for PhP17,490 and PhP17,990 respectively.
