Samsung has found a way to fight back in lieu of their loss against Apple this past week. The Korea Times reports that Samsung has confirmed that “it will immediately sue Apple if the latter releases products using advanced long-term evolution (LTE) mobile technology.”

With LTE emerging as the top standard in the global mobile industry and Samsung owning 12.2% of LTE patents, Apple is bound to be in hot water if it risks releasing an LTE-enabled phone. Though Apple had already previously released the latest iPad with LTE capabilities.
