Nokia unveils the Lumia 510 Windows Phone

Nokia recently announced their latest Nokia Lumia 510, a 4-inch entry-level Windows Phone. With the new Windows Phone 8 coming out soon, Nokia continues “to meet our commitment to bring Windows Phone¬†to new, lower price points,” said Jo Harlow, executive vice president of Nokia Smart Devices.

Utilizing Windows Phone 7.5, the Lumia 510 has access to Live Tiles, making it easy to see updates and messages, and access to Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer 9.


Available in red, yellow, cyan, white, and black; the Lumia 510 will retail for about $199 without tax and subsidies (around P8,000) according to Nokia. Release date will begin on November 2012, first in India and China, followed by other Asia-Pacific countries and South America.
