Hurricane Sandy may have hampered the Google event in New York City, the company has pushed through with the release of their latest device. The LG Nexus 4 has been leaked for quite awhile, specs flying around the place. Now that the Nexus 4 has officially been launched, here are the details.
Specifications
The LG Nexus 4 has a 4.7-inch (1280 x 768) True HD IPS Plus display, protected by a Gorilla Glass 2 panel. Camera-wise the Nexus 4 features a 8MP rear camera and a 1.3MP front camera. It runs Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) on a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, and a 1.5GHz quad-core CPU with 2GB RAM. 8GB and 16GB models are available, though it lacks an external microSD slot so that’s all the space you get.
Availability
The Nexus 4 will first roll out on November 13 in the US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, and Australia for $299 (8GB) and $349 (16GB).
