The Philippine Crossfire Team, MSI.EvoGT.tnc, with RapturePH Inc., were able to defeat gaming powerhouses like the U.S., Taipei, South Korea, Indonesia, and Russia to snag bronze at the World Cyber Games (WCG) 2012 Grand Finals this year in Kunshan, China.. The Philippine World of Tanks team were also able to win against Malaysia and Belarus, though they were not able to progress further in the competition, vowing to go farther for next years WCG Philippine qualifying rounds.

This isn’t the final push however as Philippine teams will be competing at the Asian Cyber Games this December 21-22, 2012 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They will compete in Dota 2 and Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) competitions and hope to duplicate their successes at the WCG Finals.
