Samsung’s next generation Galaxy S IV could have a 5-inch 1080p display according to a roadmap spotted by AnandTech. During their tour of Samsung’s demo room at CES, AnandTech snapped a picture of a Samsung roadmap showing a series of current and projected AMOLED screens. On the far right appears to be a 4.99-inch Full HD 1080p display with 440 PPI slated for a Q1 launch.
Since most of the screens utilized by the Galaxy smartphones on display such as the 4.8-inch of the Galaxy S III and 5.55-inch of the Note II, it’s safe to assume that the new display will be on the S IV. With MWC only a few weeks away, we could be seeing more glimpses of Samsung’s next-generation Galaxy S IV.
