It looks like Intel will be showing off more of its dual-core Android smartphones at the Mobile World Congress later this month in Barcelona, Spain. The company has proven it can create decent mid-range phones with the Motorola RAZR i and have started on low-end chips for phones in Africa. Now they’re pulling out the big guns and we’ll be seeing a couple of Android smartphones with the dual-core Intel Atom Z2580 (Clover Trail +) under the hood, which is already in the Lenovo IdeaPhone K900 that was introduced this past CES. Intel says that the Z2580 should have double the performance of the Z2460 that has two far faster GPU cores with LTE and HSPA+ supported.

Along with the Z2580, Intel will also be showcasing the Intel Atom Z2420 for OEM- and service provider-supported devices in emerging markets.
