Nokia has unveiled another handset for dual SIM aficionados with the Asha 310 that runs on Nokia’s S40 platform. It also has Wi-Fi connectivity, making the Asha 310, the first handset from Espoo with both dual SIM and Wi-Fi. The Asha 310 rocks a 3-inch 400 x 240 capacitive touchscreen, a 2MP camera, 128MB internal storage expandable up to 32GB, and Nokia’s Xpress Browser. The 310’s dual SIM capabilities are courtesy of Nokia’s EasySwap tech that lets users switch SIM through an external slot, while keeping their primary SIM behind the battery so users can easily swap SIMs on-the-go. It also comes with a 4GB memory card that can be filled with 40 free EA games that’s included. However there won’t be any 3G support, but Wi-Fi should be enough. The relatively cheap phone is available for $102 (around Php 4,150) and should be available in Q1 of 2013, but no details on when it’s Philippine release will be.
